After years working in the electrical trade, we made a decision to stop working for the big companies and start building something of our own; something our family could be proud of. We saw how the industry could work against the very customers it was supposed to serve. Technicians pushed to upsell work that wasn't needed. Jobs rushed through to hit the next ticket.
